Experiencing the same unsatisfactory home-improvement predicament multiple times just like everyone else, we believed we could do better. With that, the concept for Liminal was born.

We aren't perfect, so we've got a refund policy
Sometimes, products don't meet the high standards we set for ourselves and want to deliver to you. And while we try to ensure nothing subpar leaves our doors, the odd lemon does slip past us. Or maybe the product was damaged en route to your house. Or perhaps you received the wrong item. If it falls into any of those three categories, rest assured that we'll do our best to make it right ASAP.
Liminal's policy on damages and issues
We advise you to inspect your items soon after delivery as it helps us provide the best service possible.

- Damaged
- Dot what you ordered

However, some issues and products can't be refunded or returned for reasons we feel are very reasonable. An example of an exception to our refund and return service is a customised gate mild steel HDB gate. Our team ensures you get the final say with custom gates before the gate is cut and delivered to you, so you're guaranteed the product you asked for during your consult.
