Installation was done with chging the gate first... It was pretty smooth. Done and than came the digital lock guy Wan and Kumar. Wan fixed the DL at the gate and Kumar did the main door. It was smooth and they are both professional. Wan will explain to me how to set up and he will sweep all the dust too. Teamwork makes the work hassle easy. Bravo guys. Keep it up.

I am very happy with Wan & Kumar. They were very experienced and professional with getting my new digital locks installed on the new gate and door, and the follow through on things were amazing. They did a wonderful job!

Fortunate to make my purchase through Henry at Queensway. Came across the promo ad and jumped on it upon checking through the reviews. The whole purchase experience was a smooth one for a first time homeowner myself. I didn’t find the whole sales experience pushy but rather informative for me to make the best decision/choice. And and some point I was actually thankful that Henry did share with me things like the “side arm” for my main door (which is something I don’t want to miss out). There was some hiccup when somehow the chosen laminate ran out of stock but Henry was responsive in helping out get the next best and suitable choice. It really turn out well as seen in the pictures. Subsequently, I also decided to change my room doors as I saw for myself how good quality they are. Workmanship wise it didn’t disappoint. Kumar was also skilled in fixing up the digital lock without any hassle. Overall, I think the product and (after) sales service is good. I was already confident that if along the way should I somehow experience any issue, Liminal will be responsive. True enough, there were some areas of touch up which i spotted later on and Henry was responsive enough to make the necessary checks and arrangement for the touch up to be done. I think in this after sales service aspect it is a lot of assurance and of great importance for customers.
